Dr. Gabby Medina Falzone is hiring one Instructional Student Assistant (ISA) for the Spring 2024 semester of CHLX 157: Introduction to Latinx Studies.

The position is for 20 hrs/wk to help with 2 sections of the class, both on Tuesday and Thursday. Section 1 is T/Th 9:30-10:45am and Section 2 is T/Th 2:00-3:30pm.

Main job duties include: supporting students in the classroom, tutoring outside of class, co-lesson planning, calculating participation grades, and other agreed upon tasks. The hourly wage is $16.20.

Applicants need to have taken CHLX 157 or CHLX/HIST 235. Latine students and others from historically oppressed communities are encouraged to apply.
