Call for Women in STEM Hosts of Meals with Strangers

Women in STEM (WiS) is seeking faculty/staff to host WiS-sponsored Meals with Strangers (MwS) throughout the Spring 2024 semester to build community for those in STEM on campus. To host, you must be a current faculty/staff member from a STEM department/division at Chico State or Chico State Enterprises. As a host, MwS is a great way to try out that restaurant you've been eyeing in Chico while socializing with three other faculty/staff and/or students over a selected topic of conversation which addresses challenges for those in STEM. While WiS pays for the meal, please note that per 4 meal participants, we have a maximum reimbursement limit.
