The Well is partnering with departments across campus to bring Wildcat's a one-stop wellness shop on March 7th at 11AM - 2PM. Stop by the Well to learn about well-being resources across campus. Let us help you navigate your self-care journey because when "I" is replaced with "we," even illness becomes wellness.

Enjoy a yogurt parfait courtesy of Cal Fresh, refreshments, and snacks, and remember to grab some swag. Free flu shots will be available!
