Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) is hiring Academic Coaches to start in the fall 2024 semester! The Academic Coaching program is designed to increase retention and graduation rates and improve the quality of the college experience for ARC students. Academic Coaches will provide direct one-on-one support for ARC students including goal setting, building autonomy, teaching organization and time management skills, self-care, and much more. This is a part-time position with the expectation of working 10-15 hours per week. Applicants should be undergraduate juniors or seniors or graduate level students, in good standing with a 2.5 GPA or higher, preferably in social work, MFP, psych science, sociology, social sciences, or education.
