Event: Día del Niño Celebration Date: Sunday, April 28 Time: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Volunteers needed from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) Location: Nick Daddow Park, Gridley, CA Meet-up Location: Across from the First 5 Family Center Esperanza house Address: 630 Washington St, Gridley, CA 95948 Volunteer On-Site Commitments: Volunteers should arrive at the meet-up location at 11 am if they will not be receiving a ride Dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather. Assigned tasks will be communicated on-site based on volunteer preferences and event needs. A meal voucher will be provided for volunteers to enjoy during the event. Transportation: For volunteers needing transportation, please reach out to ftrujillo@csuchico.edu Transportation will be provided for up to 8 volunteers. Pickup will be arranged at 10:00 AM on the day of the event at the Chico State campus. Volunteers must sign a waiver form to receive transportation. This form will be provided upon confirmation of volunteer participation.
