WCCC Group Therapy Opportunities

Counseling groups create spaces for participants to gain insights, learn from others' experiences, and develop coping strategies in a collective setting. The WellCat Counseling Center offers an array of goups for Chico State Students, including: neurodiversity support group, grief support group, emotion regulation group, Queer support group, radical self-compassion, and body image.
