Conflict Competence: Resolution & Transformation Courses

Join us for this interactive 5 day course designed to help you develop resilience during times of conflict and resolve disputes peacefully and constructively. Course Outcomes:

  1. To see the opportunity for conflict to lead to clarity, closeness, and restoration for individuals and relationships.
  2. Skills and strategies to increase cooperation to handle conflict and decrease power struggles.
  3. Skills and strategies to transform conflict and conflict situations into teaching/learning moments.

Course Dates: 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7 and 10/14 from 9:00AM-1:00PM.

Requirement: You must attend all 5 sessions to be eligible to enroll in the Advanced Conflict Competence Training for Practitioners.
