Cintas will be giving a presentation to the Management Club on Tuesday, September 24th at 5 p.m. Glenn Hall room #214. They will be speaking on practical skills that can be applied to managing people in the workplace, and will also speak about internship and employment opportunities. Dinner will be provided. The Management Club is open to all majors and all levels of education. Guest speakers for this semester include Cintas, Jackson Family Wines, CED, E & J Gallo Winery, and maybe a couple more we are still lining up. When we don't have guest speakers, our advisor Kelly Graves who is a professor in the business department and has much expertise in organizational psychology leads us through team building, conflict resolution, people motivation and leadership skills and many different exercises to hone our people management skills. Not a business major? Not a problem. No matter what major you are pursuing, what career you find yourself a part of, you will be dealing with people. Wildcat that you are, you will be good at what you do and will be promoted to lead a team of people. Some of the most challenging moments of your career will be dealing with people.
