Open Forum to Discuss Free Speech and Time, Place, and Manner

I am pleased to invite all faculty, staff, and students to the first of a series of open forums to discuss free speech, campus safety, the new CSU systemwide Interim Time, Place, and Manner Policy, and the corresponding Chico State addendum.
The event will take place on Wednesday, September 25 from Noon to 2:00 pm in Colusa Hall 100 A & B. This session will provide an opportunity for our community to ask questions, express concerns, and discuss how we can maintain a balance between defending and encouraging free speech and ensuring a safe and respectful environment. Additionally, representatives from Student Affairs will participate to address any questions regarding the new Tabling Protocol. I look forward to your attendance and engaging dialogue.
