Bug Night is back! Join us at Éstom Jámani Dining for a night of creepy crawly cuisine!

Date: Wednesday, October 23

Time: 5 p.m. - Close

Join us for a culinary adventure like no other! Take your taste buds outside with Sticky Teriyaki Stir Fry Crickets, Roasted Red Pepper and Lemon Chapuline Pizza or Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry. Open to all students, faculty, staff, and guests. $12/person to eat, no additional cost to those with an existing meal plan.

DID YOU KNOW? Insects can be raised in almost any climate or environment, and they require less land, water, feed, and energy than traditional protein sources!

In addition to our special menu, all our usual "all-you-care-to-eat" options will be available, including our fresh salad bar and delicious desserts. Come eat with us here at Èstom Jàmani Dining Center.
