Exercise & Sleep Research Study - Participants Needed

We are seeking volunteers for a research study on exercise and sleep for a Master's student graduate project.

Who can participate?

• 18-40 years old
• Healthy, without history of cardiac or metabolic disease
• Recreationally active (2-4 exercise sessions weekly)
• No recent smoking or recreational drug use
• Minimum body weight of 110 lbs

What will you undergo?

• Health, exercise, & sleep questionnaires
• Resting cardiovascular function testing
• Cycle exercise testing
• Body composition assessment
• Blood draws
• Opportunity for compensation via raffle
