Take Back Your Life: A Wellness workshop

The "Take Back Your Life" presentation is a great way for students to learn about self-care, mental health, and available resources to help you succeed in school. This presentation will be presented by UMatter the outreach branch of the counseling center at Chico State and will be hosted at the CME Student Success Center, THMA 111.
