On-Campus Resources: WellCat Counseling Center: Offers individual and group counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and workshops. Services are available in-person and via Zoom. WellCat Health Center: Provides comprehensive health services, including psychiatry, medication management, low cost prescriptions, and embedded mental health support. For appointments call 530-898-5241. CARE Team: Provides early intervention and prevention support for students who may be experiencing distress. Are you concerned for you or your peers' well-being? Reach out to the CARE Team by submitting a CARE report in your student portal or by visiting their website at www.csuchico.edu/care Focus on Self-care @ The WELL: A wellness center offering relaxation spaces, meditation sessions, nap pods, prayer spaces, sensory rooms, and other individual and group activities focused on well-being.
