Get to know new AO program director Nate Farrington

Nate Farrington has always been a climber: first it was the apple tree in his grandmother's back yard, then as a young teenager he took to scaling buildings in his hometown of Syracuse, New York. Caves, canyons, and walls of ice followed. Eventually, Farrington advanced to Giant Sequoias—the most massive trees on Earth. Having climbed into the program director chair at Chico State's Adventure Outings this year, he's bringing that opportunity and more to students, faculty, staff, and the community.
