The CliftonStrengths assessment and strengths-based principles inspire individuals and teams to maximize their strengths in pursuit of the organization's mission. Research shows that when people focus on their strengths, they are more likely to be engaged in their jobs and report having an excellent quality of life.

Join this session to learn about the 34 strengths with a special focus on your top 5 strengths.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Describe the value of a strengths-based approach at work and in life.
  • Define one's top 5 strengths.
  • Identify how one's top five strengths contribute to the university's mission.
  • Differentiate when and how to maximize one's strengths.

Register  via CSU Learn. You will receive an email with instructions and a link to take the assessment one week prior to the training date which is required to attend. Also, you must plan to attend the full 3 hours of the training.

*Class seating is limited to 24 participants.

Audience: All staff, faculty or managers.
