Glorious Sounds of the Season Event

Chico State's Department of Music, Theatre and Dance presents the annual Grand-Scale Holiday Season Concert Fundraiser, Glorious Sounds of the Season, December 7th and 8th in Harlen Adams Theatre.

Presented December 7th at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and December 8 at 2:00 p.m. in Harlen Adams Theatre, Glorious Sounds of the Season has become a Chico-area holiday tradition. "If you're looking to get yourself in a holiday mood with familiar songs of the holidays, this is the show for you!" said Dr. Scholz, chair of the Department of Music, Theatre and Dance and coordinator of Glorious Sounds of the Season. Songs to be performed include Sleigh Ride, Jingle Bell Rock, O Holy Night, Silver Bells, Ding, Dong! Merrily on High, Still, Still, Still, I'll Be Home for Christmas, and Winter Wonderland (among many others). "As you can see, there will be many holiday favorites, but other less familiar songs will be performed as well."

All in all, more than 25 musical selections will be performed.
