This training is to be completed during onboarding and annually. All CFO staff need to complete Confidentiality and Civil Rights Training before application assistance or working with confidential data.
Complete This Training: Review the Confidentiality Agreement (DOC) and keep a signed copy on file.
Note: Signed agreements must be kept on file for 3 years after the contract.

Upon completion, you will need to take the final quiz | 11. Select “#3 Take the Final Quiz” Note: you will need to score 80% or higher to pass 12. If you score under 80% you may retake the test until you pass 13. After passing, you'll be given a certificate.
