ZCCM Checklist

Qualifies as ZCCM

• Free Open Educational Resources (OERs)
• Free videos, articles, and related digital content (not copyrighted)
• Digital content readily available to students at the Library at no cost (even if there is a purchase option for students)
• Basic school supplies such as pens, pencils, paper, notepads, binders, and similar
• Standard testing material including Scantrons and Green Books
• Unspecified general use calculators, flash drives, and common accessories
• Access to a computer, internet, and common software
• Show or event passes if there is a free admission option

Does not quality as ZCCM

• Textbooks, digital books, and courseware
• Course packs and reference materials
• Goggles, lab coats, dissection kits, and other lab equipment
• Art kits, clay, and other specific art supplies
• Yoga mats or other specific exercise equipment required to participate
• Specific graphing or scientific calculators
• Aprons, chef hats, or other specific hospitality gear
• Specialized software or subscriptions
• Passes to a performance, function, show or event
• Any other course materials including related supplies, equipment, and accessories that carry a cost
