Grad School Fair

Students and alumni are welcome to attend this free event to learn more about a variety of graduate programs and their admissions process.  In addition to many other colleges and universities in California and beyond, representatives from CSU, Chico masters programs will attend.

Thank you for your interest in networking and recruiting some of the West’s most qualified students!  We are excited you will attend and provide our students with information about your school, admissions policies and procedures, financial aid opportunities, and other pertinent information. 

Registration is open through September 7, 2018 (or until fair capacity is reached).

Registration fee: $175
   -Six foot table and two chairs
   -Free parking and shuttle for the day
   -Morning refreshments
   -Lunch vouchers for use at the Campus Marketplace in the BMU
   -Guest password for wireless internet access
Up to three representatives allowed per table. If additional tables are needed, please call 530-898-5253.

Payment Information:
Payment can be made by check, credit card (Visa or MasterCard), purchase order or cash. Please include a printout of your invoice if you are sending your payment via check.  Make checks payable to CSU, Chico Career Center - Grad School Fair, and mail to 400 West First Street, Chico, CA 95929-0700. If you would like to pay by credit card, you may pay online or call us at 530-898-5253.  Payments will be accepted without penalty through the day of the event.

Arrival and departure:
Arrival - we recommend that you plan to arrive between 8:15 and 9:00 AM. We encourage you to arrive early as table placement is “first-come, first-choice."
   -A free parking permit will be issued by staff at the parking lot (location to be determined)
   -A shuttle will be provided to take you to campus.  Staff will assist you with loading materials on the shuttle.
Departure - the parking shuttle will begin running at 2 PM. The last shuttle will leave the BMU Auditorium at 2:45 PM. We ask that you do not pack and leave the auditorium until the fair closes at 2 PM.

What you should bring:
• Program information, tablecloth and display items.  Tables are 6 x 2 feet. Table-top displays are fine.
• Long extension cords if you need access to an electrical outlet.
• Up to three representatives per table.

Materials will be stored in our office and delivered to the Bell Memorial Union (BMU) Auditorium the day of the fair. If you would like to ship materials back to your office, please bring shipping labels for returns via UPS or FedEx. Prepared boxes will be picked up after the fair and sent the next day.
