First 5 Siskiyou(opens in new window) invests in the future of young children and their families in Siskiyou County with the goal of promoting the health and well-being of young children during their most critical years of development, from the prenatal stage through age five.
CHC partners with First 5 to implement CalFresh Outreach in collaboration with family resource centers throughout Siskiyou County. Our goal is to strategically build early childhood and home visiting systems to ensure all Siskiyou County residents are connected to the services needed to thrive and embed health and wellbeing into policies and systems.
