ServSafe Certification

Re-certification of competence in Food Safety and Sanitation is required every 5 years (PDF). Passing the ServSafe®(opens in new window) exam is necessary to renew your certification. This training is recognized by the California Department of Public Health(opens in new window) & fulfills the State of California certification obligations. Participants must register and purchase books 3 weeks before training, to allow for book delivery and self-study.

  • $120 per person (book included)
  • $80 per person (book not included)
  • Training from 9:00am – 5:00pm
