I'm Rana (Rain-a) and I work directly above Civic's office in MLIB 216. If you use the stairs that are right around the corner from your office and go up one floor, you pop out right next to my office. Feel free to come up and say hello anytime (I usually have candy available). I am the one who does your hiring paperwork, timesheets, purchasing for events, and reservation of spaces for events - and sometimes other things, too.
