Services We Offer

The Classroom Technology Services (CTS) helpline is 530-898-5475.

Classroom Technology Services provides faculty and students with a high-tech learning environment. In our supported locations we provide internet access, projection systems, A/V equipment, and telephone support. The CTS support team conducts annual maintenance checks to keep all the equipment functioning properly.

Services Include

  • Equipment installation, maintenance, and support
  • Classroom equipment training
  • Public Address setup and support
  • Campus Event Media equipment and support
  • Zoom Video-Conferencing support

Support for centrally scheduled Mediated Classrooms is provided by CTS. Individualized training on using the equipment in the mediated classrooms can be arranged by calling the CTS helpline. If you are in a departmentally managed classroom, support requests should be directed to the owning department.
