Congratulations to the winners of our 2018 CME Pedagogy Awards and CME Staff Employee-of-the-Year! The pedagogy award winners were recognized for having made significant pedagogical contributions to curriculum, programs, course development, delivery and any other instructional related accomplishments. The staff award winner was recognized for their commitment to effective communication, access and equity, civic engagement, community building, and the collaborative and holistic development of the human potential.

Congratulations to Juan Lombera (Exercise Physiology major) and Veronica Zaragoza-Ventura (Liberal Studies major)! The 37th annual Lieutenant Robert Merton Rawlins Merit Award —one of the largest and most prestigious at Chico State—celebrates scholarship, extracurricular activities, and outstanding academic and professional accomplishments. Awards are also based on evidence of a student’s sincere intent to complete their education, to increase their personal knowledge, and to achieve success in every aspect of life.
