Spring Break in Seattle
J&PR faculty Janell Bauer and Debra Johnson took 17 Journalism and Public Relations students to Seattle for spring break (March 19-22). They met with alumni at several sites, including Microsoft, Eddie Bauer, WE Communications and Zulily. They also toured PR agencies Edelman Seattle and Firmani + Associates. Four students received $700 alumni-funded awards to help with trip costs. The trip was open to all students who are majors in Journalism & Public Relations.
