Next On-Campus COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic August 3

---
Announced: July 28, 2021, 11:30 a.m.

To: Campus Community
From: Chico State Emergency Operations Center

To assist students, faculty, and staff in meeting the vaccine requirement announced by the CSU yesterday, Chico State will host our next COVID-19 vaccine clinic on campus in the Bell Memorial Union (BMU) Auditorium on August 3 between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Go to this link to sign up and show up ANY TIME between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to get your shot: volunteersignup.org/DJAPD. You are also encouraged to bring a friend or family member so they can get vaccinated as well.

Unlike previous on-campus clinics, only the two-dose Pfizer vaccine will be offered on August 3 (first and second dose shots available). This is because our local Rite Aid’s supply of the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccines will expire at the end of July. Those who are interested in getting the J&J vaccine should visit the Rite Aid at 650 Mangrove Ave. in Chico (walk-ins welcome) before the end of the month.

COVID-19 vaccines are also widely available at pharmacies nationwide as well as community clinics, often with no appointment necessary. Visit vaccines.gov/search to find an available vaccine near you.
