Chico State Awarded $1.5 Million TRIO Grant to Support First-Generation, Low-Income Students and Students with Disabilities

Chico State has been awarded a $1.5 million TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The federal funding will expand efforts to increase college retention and graduation rates among low-income, first-generation students and students with disabilities at the University.
