Chico State Enterprises (CSE) has experienced another record-breaking year, however we know there have been significant pain points along the way. With this in mind, CSE administration is embarking on a journey to improve and streamline services to ensure that we provide the support that you, our stakeholders, require to succeed. To achieve this, we need your candid feedback! We have partnered with the consulting firm UpstreamHR with experience in diverse public and private industry sectors, to assist in the development and implementation of CSE’s first customer service survey.
We want to hear from you!
Surveys are now open though Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
Invitations to participate in surveys were emailed on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, or can be accessed below:
Survey FAQs
What survey should I take if my roles fall into multiple segments?
Please complete the survey that best represents your role. If you feel that more than one survey applies to you and your feedback would be different depending on which hat you are wearing, please feel free to complete surveys from more than one segment.
How long will it take?
Each survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Do I answer questions that do not apply to me or my role?
We anticipate that some participants might not have experience with every service. Therefore, while there is not an ‘N/A’ option, participants can skip any questions that may not apply to their role and no response to those questions is needed.
How will you utilize our feedback?
Your feedback is crucial and will inform actions we take to better serve and add value as an organization to the Chico State campus community.
When will we know the results of the survey?
Results will be shared with the campus in November.
Who can I speak to if I have questions?
If you have questions, please contact Project and Communications Manager, Coleen Stewart, at cbstewart@csuchico.edu.
Can I preview the questions in advance to prepare my thoughts?
Yes, survey questions can be previewed by customer segment, below:
