- New ONESolution user account:
- Complete a Request for ONESolution Account (PDF) form
- Complete a ONESolution User Account Support ticket(opens in new window), attach the Request form, and submit
- Once you receive notification that your account has been created, you must set up a new password and Change Your Chico Domain Password(opens in new window) before signing into your account.
