OneSolution Support Services and Response Times

Jim Forberg is the primary support specialist for all OneSolution requests.  Please direct all OneSolution requests for Jim through the TeamDynamix ticketing system.  Once a ticket is submitted, please allow for the following response times:

  • New OneSolution user account:
  • Security changes to an existing user:
    • Allow up to 2 business days for completion
  • Other OneSolution issues:
    • Allow up to 2 business days for a response

Submit a Ticket

CSE uses a ticketing system called TeamDynamix to track all IT needs as well as OneSolution needs. If you have an IT request or a OneSolution request, please Use This Link to Submit a Ticket or follow the steps below to create a ticket:

  • Navigate to csuchico.edu(opens in new window) and click the "Request Service" button at the top of the page.
  • Click the “Colleges & Departments” button then the “Chico State Enterprises”.
  • Navigate to the area that you would like to open up a request. When you get to the page of the request you would like to open, hit the “Request Service” button and that will open a TeamDynamix ticket form.
  • Fill out all required fields, designated with * and hit the “Request” button.
  • Someone should contact you within 24-48 hours regarding the status of your request.
