Chico State Enterprises (CSE) is an auxiliary to the California State University at Chico (University). As such, CSE contracts with the University for Information Technology support; including network access, software and hardware acquisitions, hardware and software issues, e-mail and phone services. CSE complies with the CSU and University policies and security standards.

CSE also contracts with Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) for all of its IT needs. ITSS should be the first point of contact when you have questions regarding IT services. They can be reached at the main ITSS phone line at x4357 (HELP).

Submit a Ticket

CSE uses a ticketing system called TeamDynamix to track all IT needs as well as OneSolution needs. If you have an IT request or a OneSolution request, please Use This Link to Submit a Ticket or follow the steps below to create a ticket:

  1. Navigate to csuchico.edu(opens in new window) and click the "Request Service" button at the top of the page.
  2. Click the “Colleges & Departments” button then the “Chico State Enterprises”.
  3. Navigate to the area that you would like to open up a request. When you get to the page of the request you would like to open, hit the “Request Service” button and that will open a TeamDynamix ticket form.
  4. Fill out all required fields, designated with * and hit the “Request” button.
  5. Someone should contact you within 24-48 hours regarding the status of your request.

Request to Deploy or Transfer Computer to a New User

Required when transfering a computer from one user to another

  1. The employee’s supervisor (or designee) completes a CSE – Deploy/Transfer Computer to a New User IT ticket.
  2. CSE-IT will send a request to the employee to schedule an appointment for deployment.

Obtain Device for Off-Campus Use

  1. The employee’s supervisor (or designee) completes a CSE – Deploy/Transfer Computer to a New User IT ticket, selecting "Yes" for "Will this device be taken off site?"
  2. Upon ticket receipt, CSE-IT will send an Off-Campus Use of Property form to the supervisor and employee, to complete and sign (Adobe Sign).
  3. Once the Off-Campus Property Use form is complete and signatures obtained, CSE-IT will send a request to the employee to schedule an appointment for deployment. Devices for off-site work will not be released to staff until the form has been completed, signed by both the employee and supervisor, and returned to CSE-IT.

Return Devices and Equipment 

To return devices and equipment, leaders or employees can complete a return hardware ticket(opens in new window) and schedule an appointment with CSE-IT(opens in new window).
