Degree Audit Programming

Degree Audit Programming, colloquially called "D-GAP", works behind the scenes providing technical tools to ensure students, staff, and faculty have timely and accurate information regarding student progress toward program completion.

Degree Audit Programming:

  • Programs majors, minors, certificates, general education, and credential programs into the Degree Progress Report (DPR) and provides yearly maintenance and updates.
  • Programming and yearly maintenance for the Smart Planner.
  • Maintains Schedule Builder
  • Programming and yearly maintenance for Degree Planner.
  • Provides support, training, and documentation to staff and faculty regarding the use of the above products in addition to Advisor Requests, Academic Communications (ARRC), and Advisor Notes.
  • Supports upgrades, patches, tests, and troubleshoots modifications.
  • Assists the curriculum committee, providing recommendations to campus stakeholders on the impact of curricular changes to the DPR and Smart Planner.

Programming for most undergraduate majors & minors for Fall 2013-Spring 2023 is complete.

Degree Progress Report (DPR)

Programming for all undergraduate majors & minors for Fall 2013-Spring 2023 is complete.  The Fall 2023 DPR build has begun, with the goal to complete all programs before Summer Orientation begins.

Credential programs for the 2022-2023 academic year are complete.

Schedule Builder

Schedule planning for Spring 2023 is now available.
