Insight Reports
Within Insight, two reports exist that you may find useful when reconciling your department's postage and freight expenses.
State Mailbag Lookup(opens in new window)Use this report to determine if your DeptID has a chartfield string associated to a Mailbag Code.
State Mail Report(opens in new window)Use this report to see line item transactions for your State postage account(s). Line item details include:
- Carrier Name
- Service Type
- Piece Count
- Tracking Number / Reference Notes
- Transaction Total
