Mission Statement

The Chico State Black Faculty & Staff Association is dedicated to cultivating supportive and enriching relationships within our black student body, faculty, staff, and broader community. Our mission encompasses mentorship for students and emerging professionals, alongside a commitment to education and dialogue on issues pertinent to the black community. We strive to inform and engage both the campus and surrounding community, aligning our efforts with the strategic objectives and integrity of California State University, Chico.
