Mission Statement
The mission of the LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Association is to create and ensure a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for our LGBTQ+ campus community. Activities of this organization will include providing resources and/or mentoring for LGBTQ+ and questioning students, educating Chico State about issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community, and strengthening outreach to and retention of our LGBTQ+ faculty, staff, and students. Participation in this group is open to all who are interested, regardless of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin.
