10th Annual Diversity Art Exhibit 2018

Exhibit Schedule

April 6 – All Submission materials due.
April 9 – 12 – Drop off all work between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. to Kendall Hall, 118.
April 16 – Exhibit opens.
April 26 – Reception – 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. in Kendall Hall, 118.
May 9 – Exhibit closes.
May 11 – All work must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. 

Submission Information

Submissions will be accepted from March 19 – April 6

How to Submit:

  1. Download, print, & fill out the Diversity Artwork Submission Form (PDF).
  2. a. Submit in Person: Bring the completed form and a 5x7 photo of each art piece or
    b. Submit via email: Attach 5x7 photo of each art piece and send via email to

    Optional: Provide artist statement (no longer than one page) to Office of Diversity & Inclusion in Kendall Hall, room 118. 

Labeling Artwork

On the back of each piece, please label with your name, title of piece, medium, and year of completion. 

Installation Information

While every effort will be made to accommodate each artist’s installation preferences, the gallery reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding placement of artwork. Work may not be removed from the gallery before the close of the exhibit without prior arrangements. All accepted artwork must be completed and ready to install.

Artwork for Sale

All artwork may be sold. All sales will be split 70/30. 70% will go to the artist, while 30% will go to a Diversity Fund to help support diversity activities, including next year’s exhibit.
