11th Annual Diversity Art Exhibit 2019

Exhibit Schedule

April 3 - All submission materials due.
April 6-8 – Drop off all work between 8 am – 5 pm to Kendall Hall 109.
April 18 – Exhibit opens.
April 23 – Reception in Kendall Hall 109
May 18 – Exhibit closes
May 22 – Please pick up your work by 5:00 pm

Submission Information

Submissions will be accepted from February 17 – April 3. Artists may submit up to four pieces.

How to Submit:

1. Submit online: Fill out the submission form (PDF)

2. Submit in Person: Bring the completed form and a 5x7 photo of each art piece

If you are unable to print the submission form, hardcopies are available in Kendall Hall room 109.

Labeling Artwork

On the back of each piece, please label with your name, title of piece, medium, and year of completion. 

Installation Information

While every effort will be made to accommodate each artist’s installation preferences, the gallery reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding placement of artwork. Work may not be removed from the gallery before the close of the exhibit without prior arrangements.

All pieces will be hung, please be sure your piece is complete with hardware to hang from a hook.

Artwork for Sale

If you would like to sell any of your work, we will donate all proceeds to artists who lost artwork and/or supplies in the Camp Fire. If you choose to sell any of your work, please indicate sale prices on the submission form.
