11th Annual Diversity Art Exhibit 2019

Exhibit Schedule

April 12 – All Submission materials due.
April 15 – 17 – Drop off all work between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. to Kendall Hall, 109.
April 19 – Exhibit opens.
April 25 – Reception
May 17 – Exhibit closes.
May 20 – 24 – Please pick up work by 5:00 p.m. 

Submission Information

Submissions will be accepted from March 4 – April 12. Artists may submit up to four pieces.

How to Submit:

  1. Fill out the Diversity Art Exhibit Submission Form (PDF), download and email as an attachment.  
    1. Submit via email: Attach submission form and a 5x7 photo of each art piece to
    2.  Submit in Person: Bring the completed form and a 5x7 photo of each art piece

Labeling Artwork

On the back of each piece, please label with your name, title of piece, medium, and year of completion. 

Installation Information

While every effort will be made to accommodate each artist’s installation preferences, the gallery reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding placement of artwork. Work may not be removed from the gallery before the close of the exhibit without prior arrangements.

All pieces will be hung, please be sure your piece is complete with hardware to hang from a hook.

Artwork for Sale

If you would like to sell any of your work, we will donate all proceeds to artists who lost artwork and/or supplies in the Camp Fire. If you choose to sell any of your work, please indicate sale prices on the submission form.
