October 2017: Turnitin roster errors

Since October 23rd, Turnitin has reported that several course rosters are out of sync, such that some users may be prevented from submitting assignments. Turnitin engineers are working to resolve this issue.

Initial assessments indicated that the issue was likely isolated to just one or two courses. As of November 1st, Turnitin has reported that the issue affects 150 students. They also offered the following statement:

We have a fix for the issue and will be deployed no later than this Friday by the end of the day (5pm PST). We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
