More Campus Resources
- Past the fourth week, to drop a course, a serious & compelling reason, and dean, department chair, and instructor approval are needed. See enrollment policies and deadlines.
- New student, new to campus, or want to get more connected to your major? Get involved with an ECC club or organization! Or check out a campus club to meet people!
- CAMPUS MAP: Wi-fi hotspot locations and areas on campus to access online courses. Get computing support and help with campus technologies. ITSS has loaner laptops and computer accessories available for use. Submit a ticket if you need equipment for courses.
- Additional Advising Resources
If you have questions about General Education (GE) requirements, Academic Advising Programs can help explain courses and requirements including writing (W) and diversity (USD and GC).
If you are a junior or senior nearing graduation with GE questions, need a GE substitution or waiver, or want to confirm you are on track to graduate, meet with Graduation Advising.
Need to add/swap/drop a major, minor, or certificate? Prepare your Plan Change form and meet with an advisor(opens in new window).
Did you earn units from test credit(opens in new window)? Make sure your Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB) College Level Examination (CLEP) test scores are on file to receive credit/units.

- Student Health & Well-being
College can be great, but it can also be stressful, isolating, and make you anxious, or overwhelming which can interfere with your academic success. Sometimes, events happen that are out of your control, but know there are people dedicated and here to help.
Your Basic Needs are the most important Wildcats; let us help! Utilize the resources and the staff of all WellCat Services including the WellCat Counseling Center for mental health care and tools, WellCat Health Center for medical and health needs, WellCat Safe Place for advocacy and support, and WellCat Prevention for awareness and education.
New this semester, YOU@CSU, Chico launched as an anonymous online well-being platform. Need tips for how to adjust to online learning? Strategies to cope with stress and anxiety? Find personalized resources available 24/7.
- Campus Financial Services
Find a wealth of information about Financial Aid. Remember to complete your FAFSA or CADAA (CA DREAM Act application) every year! Applications for the next academic year are open on October 1 and you are encouraged to file by the March 2 priority filing date.
The Wildcat Scholarship application is open from January 2-February 15 for the next academic year. Prepare your application and search for other scholarship opportunities.

- Technology Support
Get help with campus technologies including The CSU, Chico Portal, Blackboard Learn, WildcatMail, Zoom, software, and inclusive technology. Keep learning in this virtual environment with campus tools and tutorials.
- CSC2/MEP
Additional support and services are provided to students in the Chico STEM Connections Collaborative (CSC2) program.
