(re)imagining and (re)building Paradise

Friday, Apr. 19, 2019, 11:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
ARTS 203

The team from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo's architecture program continue their series of community outreach visits for the project, (re)imagining and (re)building Paradise.

Our campus community and Butte County community are invited to engage at their next community forum from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 19 in ARTS 203 and neighboring gallery spaces on the second floor.

Stacey White and Kent Macdonald from the Cal Poly architecture pprogram have visited Chico State campus twice this semester with 36 students from their program. The group received valuable feedback on their concepts for how Paradise can move forward after the devastation of the Camp Fire. The group will return with models, renderings, and updated concepts to present.

This forum is the third in a series of four, and has expanded to include students from Cal Poly Pomona, Montana State, Chico State, and others.

Faculty who are interested in continuing the conversation are encouraged to speak with Stacey White during the forum.
