As part of National Engineers Week and Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, we're highlighting talented female students to see how they were inspired to pursue engineering.
The Chico State experience is inspiring the next generation of female engineers. Sydney Diede, a civil engineering major, shares how she found her passion for engineering, and how she's gotten involved with the concrete canoe team.
Desirae Jones is a sustainable manufacturing major who is also on the cross country team and leader of the SAE Baja team.
