Florence Humbel-Provence, who graduated in 2017 with a BA in Economics and in Political Science, is project assistant at AO Foundation in Basel, Switzerland. During the summer before her junior year at Chico State Florence completed an internship with China Intelligence in Zurich, Switzerland, where she “assisted in editorial work and research for financial journals and published books,” according to her Linkedin page.” During her junior year she was a delegate to the National Model United Nations in New York. “I received an outstanding position paper award while representing the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the Commission on the Status of Women,” she states on her Linkedin page. During her senior year Florence was president of the Economics Club.
