Heather Shick, who graduated in 2002 with a BA in Economics, is director of customer experience at Clear Capital in Reno, Nevada. After graduation Heather completed the requirements for her licenses in Life and Health Insurance, Series 66 Investment Adviser, and Series 7 General Securities. In 2005 she opened her own business, Horizon Investment Group in Lake and Mendocino counties where she worked for almost 5 years.

In 2011 she accepted a job as economic research analyst for Clear Capital. Heather moved up the ladder at Clear Capital to her current position as director of customer experience in 2018. (Last Updated 1/20/20)
