Thomas Sullivan, who graduated in 2008 with a BA in Economics and a concentration in Environmental Economics, is an environmental specialist and reservist at the Federal Emergency Management Agency in Oakland, California. According to his LinkedIn page Thomas travels around the country to make sure that FEMA projects meet federal environmental regulations.
