Joint Air Quality Advisory for Butte County - 07/10/2025 through 07/13/2025
The Butte County Air Quality Management District and the Butte County Public Health Department are issuing a Joint Air Quality Advisory (PDF) to inform the public about wildfire smoke impacts in Butte County. Wildfire smoke is coming from the Green Fire in Shasta County and may continue to impact the area through the weekend. Air Quality Index (AQI) levels have ranged from the Moderate range to the Unhealthy Range today. The attached Advisory includes information on how to protect yourself from wildfire smoke and resources to track air quality conditions near you.
