At CSU, Chico I teach courses in academic writing, rhetoric, environmental rhetoric, and teaching composition. I've published on issues in writing mentorships and workshop groups, program administration, and course design. I'm the chair of the University Writing Committee on campus and also lead professional development efforts on teaching writing and faculty writing and research. Originally from just outside Washington, D.C.
