Associate Director of Admissions and School Relations; Coordinator of Undergraduate Evaluations; Director of Academic Advising and Orientation Services; 28 years of service.

Standardized the procedures for institution-to-institution articulation agreements with primary feeder community colleges.

Developed an all-points brochure for admission applicants—taking them from the beginning of the application process all the way to enrollment.

Led the team of admissions and clerical staff that moved admissions application processing to the Student Information System (SIS); system has since been replaced by PeopleSoft.

Led the effort to promote consistency in University-wide publications and enforcement procedures for a common look for all new student/applicant publications.

Participated actively in professional activities of National Association of Foreign Student Affairs (NAFSA) and American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO); authored and edited several publications under the umbrella of these national organizations.

Scholarship was established in honor of Caroline when she retired in August 2000; continues to help students pursue their educational goals through this scholarship.
