Director of Admissions and Records for 18 years; Student Personnel Associate Dean of Students; Director of Testing and Research.

First Faculty Senate representative from Student Affairs to serve on the Faculty Senate; served as Chair of the Senate Educational Policies Committee.

Led the planning, design and construction of the Student Affairs Center building for Counseling, Testing, and Financial Aid in 1968.

Served as University Test Officer.  Implemented a machine scored, University-wide Student Evaluation of Faculty system administered by the Testing Office; developed a “universal” optical scanning-based test scoring system as a service to teaching faculty.

Chaired the first Computer Assisted Registration Committee which implemented the use of optical scanning sheets for students to request classes in an upcoming term (system replaced use of “punch cards” used for years in a labor and time intensive “arena registration” process).

University-wide Student Grievance Coordinator for four years; led the process of revising and improving the Student Grievance Policy.

Led campus-wide implementation committees which resulted from major CSU system central computer system upgrades.

Led design and implementation of a comprehensive student information system (admissions application, student records, and graduation evaluation); led the team which designed and implemented the first automated telephone registration system.
