Message from the Director
Welcome to FDEV! I am honored to serve as Interim Director of Faculty Development. Together with the FDEV team and Advisory Board, I am committed to making Faculty Development a welcoming place for all faculty and to create programs that can help faculty navigate the academy successfully.
The University can be a challenging place for students and for faculty. Our role is to put resources in the hands of faculty so they can help students and flourish themselves. We aspire to align this support with the values of the University. In that respect we feature programs related to climate change, racial equity, inclusion, and facilitating student success.
