  • 11/14/2024: NotebookLM Demonstration via Zoom(opens in new window) at 11:00 a.m.
    • NotebookLM from Google is an AI-powered tool that allows you to upload a large amount of data (notes, technical manuals, etc.) and interact with it to create FAQs, research directions, organize material, and produce content based almost entirely on the set of data you uploaded.
    • Join Logan Smith from Agriculture and David Zeichick from Computer Science for a live demonstration.
  • 11/15/2024: APIDA Course and Professional Development Proposals Due!
    • The Chico State APIDA (Asian Pacific Islander Desi American) Initiative is now accepting proposals from faculty for two areas of funding support. This initiative aims to enhance course development and foster professional growth among APIDA-identifying faculty members or faculty members working on APIDA-related scholarship.

  • Open: Fall 2024 Registration for CSU OCS Learning and Development(opens in new window)
    • Courses: Quality Learning and Teaching (QLT), AI Tools for Teaching & Learning, Quality Matters (QM)
    • All courses are taught by Certified CSU Facilitators(opens in new window), 3-weeks in length, online, asynchronous, and require 15-20 hours. While you are able to move ahead in the course, you must follow the due dates as peer-to-peer collaboration is integral to each course.
