Construction Updates
Science Building Update as of 2-26-20
The project is progressing quickly. On the exterior of the building the waterproofing envelope is being completed while the brick and metal panel installation continue at a steady pace. Window frames and glazing are also being installed. On the interior of the building the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical crews are working hard to complete rough in, wire pulling, and final terminations. Drywall is being installed, finished, and painted. Ceiling grid installation, restroom tile work, and casework installation has begun. In addition, elevators are currently being installed. Soon the final site work and landscaping will begin. Interior and exterior finishes will steadily continue to be completed as crews work hard to complete the project before the Fall 2020 semester.
